Job Description


  • Help develop and manage the overall mission of the business and ensure practices are in place to enforce this mission from the top down.
  • Coach restaurant managers in employee recruiting, development, performance management, and retention in order to ensure restaurants are properly staffed, turnover goals are met, and succession planning is in place.
  • Ensure that the strictest standards of sanitation, safety, and cleanliness are practiced in every restaurant by every employee.
  • Generate sales growth by developing strategic short- and long-term marketing plans, ensuring restaurants consistently deliver a positive guest experience, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Attain the financial objectives of the company through effective management of people, product, service, and facility processes.
  • Perform bi-weekly payroll
  • Assist restaurant units with¬†shift coverage when necessary
  • Weekly and monthly inventory and ledger verification


  • Communicate well with employees of diverse backgrounds and comfortable working as part of a team
  • Effective supervisory and leadership skills, including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, independently, and achieve results through leadership and management of others
  • Strong ability to analyze data, diagnose issues, and coach leadership team accordingly
